Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not, the remedy is to stop using it.
What TecBlitz is
One platform, four divisions: TecBlitzWeb, TecBlitzSystems, TecBlitzApps and TecBlitzAI. This site describes what each one builds and how an engagement runs. It is not the agreement for any engagement.
What governs an engagement
Every engagement is governed by its own written agreement and fixed quote, not by this page. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt this site, or use the WhatsApp, phone or email links on it to send unsolicited messages. Reading, comparing and asking for a quote is what it is for.
Links to other services
This site links to WhatsApp and Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they publish.
No warranty
The site and what it says are provided as they are, without a warranty of any kind. Nothing here is a guarantee about a specific engagement. That is what the written agreement is for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which TEC BLITZ (PVT) LTD is registered, as named in the footer of every page. Its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from using this site.
An engagement may name a different forum in its own signed agreement. Where it does, that agreement governs the engagement, and this clause covers only the use of this site.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page changes with it. The version here is always the current one.
