How we work
Held to a written standard.
Every build, whichever division delivers it, is held to the same eight points. Put them beside whoever else you are talking to.
Preview first
Nothing is paid before you have seen your preview or build map.
Written down
The plan is approved in writing before work starts. Anything new is quoted before it is built.
A login for every person
Access is decided by role. Shared logins are not supported.
A record of every change
Who made it, what it was before, and when. It cannot be switched off.
Your data, your domain
In your name, in a database you can point at, with an export that opens without our software.
Tested before it is live
Work is built and tested away from your live system, and reaches it only after you accept it.
Backups you can check
Backups run on an agreed schedule, stored apart from the system. Restores are tested.
Handover for the next engineer
Documentation written for whoever looks after it next, and every account in your name.

One conversation before anything is scoped. Every enquiry reaches a person, not a queue, and we read what you actually wrote before proposing anything.

Enterprise engagements are under NDA. We do not publish client work: not the name, not a screenshot.
Your agreement governs
Each engagement runs on its own written agreement, not on anything this site says. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
Support terms in writing
Severity levels and resolution targets are agreed per engagement and written into the agreement, because they depend on what was built.
No figure we cannot back
We publish no uptime percentage. There is no measurement behind one, and an unbacked number on a procurement page is a liability.
Data processing terms are prepared for your engagement, not assembled from a public template. If your process needs them to evaluate us, say so when you get in touch.
Security
What we can actually show you.
No third-party security certification is held, and nothing here implies one. This is what can be checked today.
Access control
Every person has their own login, with access decided by role. Every change is recorded: who made it, what it was before, and when.
Data handling
You decide what data is processed and why. We process it to deliver and support what we built, on your instructions, and for nothing else.
Your data, exportable
Your data sits in a database you own, with an export that opens without our software. Work is built and tested away from your live system.
Backups and incidents
Backups run on an agreed schedule, stored apart from the system, and restores are tested. If an incident affects your data, you are told without undue delay, and never later than 72 hours after we become aware of it.
Hosting
This site is served over HTTPS, sets no cookies and loads nothing from a third party. Credentials live in the hosting platform, never in code. Hosting regions for client systems are not published here: if one decides whether we can work together, ask.

No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels. Pages are served as plain files.
When you send us a message on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we use it to reply and to prepare your quote. Nothing else.
